The Kettlebell Windmill

This is a toning and body building workout. I like the kettlebell windmill exercise because it works so many muscle groups. It’s used to build strength by using your body to push through the overhead resistance provided by the kettlebell. The primary function of this exercise is to provide dynamic trunk, hip and shoulder stability. It also works other important muscles, such as the abs, glutes and hamstrings.
