Since I've been training with Coach D, I've been able to maximize the strength and agility I carried throughout my college basketball career at CAL. He was able to put me on a sports specific workout program that made me keep coming back for more. I have worked with many different strength and conditioning coaches during various training camps and the routines were too repetitive. When training with Coach D, you know everyday is going to be a different workout, whether its bench-press, band work, or running up a hill, he always seems to maximize my potential gain in and out of the gym.
