Mainsource fitness has given me a better understanding of how the body works. I have adopted a much healthier lifestyle. I plan my meals daily and workout 3-4 times a week with my trainer. My focus is no longer on "quick fixes". I have made more progress in the past 4 months with Mainsource Fitness than I have had at anytime on my own. I feel stronger, I have lost 22 pounds, and I have a trainer who keeps me motivated. He pushes me to do my best at every workout. He is my biggest supporter!
